Our check-in time is 4:00 PM.

A physical government issued identification is required at check-in.

All guests are required to provide a valid credit card at check-in.  A daily $75 or max $300 security authorization will be processed on your credit card (mandatory).

WHAT IS THE CHECK- OUT TIME?

Our check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you would like to extend your stay with us, please contact our Front Desk.

The hotel releases any unused funds of your security authorization upon check-out, thereafter the availability of said funds is based on your financial institution's policies

CAN WE GET OUR CLOTHES LAUNDERED OR DRY-CLEANED DURING OUR STAY?
Laundry and Dry-Cleaning Service is available Monday through Saturday, except holidays. Please keep in mind that laundry received before 9:00 AM will be returned to your room on the same day by 8:00 PM. (Laundry/Dry Cleaning forms and bags are located in the closet).
CAN WE DO OUR LAUNDRY OURSELVES DURING OUR STAY?
Our Self-Service laundry room is open daily from 8AM TO 11PM (last wash 8pm). We have coin operated washing and drying machines.
WHAT ARE LOST AND FOUND POLICIES?
We hope that nothing has gone missing, however, to inquire about lost articles press 0 to speak to our Front Desk staff.
IS THERE LUGGAGE STORAGE AVAILABLE?
Complimentary luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out in the storage room located in the lobby. All luggage must be retrieved by 11pm on the departure day, no overnight storage. Please see the bellman. Gratuities are appreciated.

IS THERE PARKING?
Discount parking is available 24 hours daily. We offer Self-Parking and Valet-parking options, prices based on a 24-hour period, no in and out

privileges. Self-Parking available at $45 for standard size vehicles and $55 for an SUV or Minivan. Valet-Parking available at $70 for standard size vehicles and $80 for an SUV or Minivan. Garage is located at 140 West 51st street (between 6th and 7th avenues). Please obtain validation at the Front Desk before retrieving your vehicle.   Allow a minimum of one hour for valet service when retrieving your vehicle. 

WHAT ARE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS?
Please contact our Front Desk for details on the NYC public transportation system. The nearest subway station is 50th street on the E or C lines.
IS THERE A RESTAURANT?
Our restaurant, Churrascaria Plataforma located in the lobby, adjacent to the hotel, features a Brazilian-Rodizio menu specializing in excellent cuts of beef, lamb, and pork, complemented with an array of vegetables at the beautifully designed salad bar and a delightful wine selection. They are open 7 days a week serving lunch and dinner. To make reservations please call 212-245-0505. Show your room key for a 15% off food credit.

WHAT ARE SECURITY AND SAFETY PROCEDURES?
Your safety and protection, as well as the security of your belongings, are important to us.
Please engage the deadbolt lock while occupying your room.

FIRE SAFETY

We ask that you take a few minutes to prepare yourself to act quickly and safely in the unlikely event of a fire or emergency. The building is equipped with a fire alarm system. Should you hear the fire alarm ringing, please evacuate the building by the A or B stairwells. Do not try to use the elevator. You must go downstairs and exit the building through the lobby. Before exiting your room, locate your key and take it with you. You may have to return to your room, if fire or smoke prevents exit.

IF YOU FIND A FIRE

Pull the nearest fire alarm. Close the doors around the fire area to keep the fire from spreading. Immediately telephone to report a fire by pressing Front Desk. Always take your room key when exiting the building.

IF YOU CAN’T LEAVE YOUR ROOM

Shut off the air conditioner to prevent smoke from being drawn into your room; press the “off switch” on your air conditioning system. Place wet cloths under the door to keep any smoke from entering through the crack under your door. Fill your bathtub and have wastebaskets or ice buckets nearby for carrying water to quickly remoisten the wet cloth(s) that are keeping smoke out. Call the Front Desk and tell them your location. If you cannot reach them, call the local fire department; 911.

IF YOU EVACUATE YOUR ROOM

Take your room key. Test the door for heat before you open it. Leave your room only if the hallway contains little or no smoke, and head for the nearest exit. While moving to the nearest exit, keep close to the walls and as low as possible to the floor. Exit with caution. Test the exit door for heat before opening it, and again watch out for thick smoke in the stairwell. If the stairwell is safe, exit down to the street through the lobby. In case of fire, never use elevators for emergency exits. Check the plan behind guest door for the nearest exit.
